RETURN & REFUND

You have 14 days (from the date of receipt) to return an item if you are not satisfied with it. The refund (amount of the item excluding shipping costs) will be made within a maximum of 14 days. The shipping costs for the return are on your charge.

Before returning any item, please contact us with your order number starting with RAVE# in order to get return information.

You must send back the item in its original packaging.
All items used by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
